Ardo Medical AG v. M/s. SDB International

Successfully represented a Swiss Company in proceedings before the Delhi High Court seeking cancellation of a registered trademark by the opposite party. The Swiss Company did not have a registered trade mark in India but had proof to show prior use. The High Court upheld the rights of a prior user and granted cancellation of the opposite party's registered trade mark on the ground that the registration was mala fide.
