The Chambers provides services for negotiation, settlement and drawing up of commercial contracts, including contracts relating to copyright licensing/assignment, property sale/purchase transactions, lease, partnership, guarantee/indemnity, franchisee/dealer appointment, product wholesale and distribution, etc. We take special care in hand-holding our clients to help them understand complex contractual terms and their consequence.

We negotiate contracts on behalf of our clients to ensure that their interests are protected and that they enter into a contractual relationship with conditions that are most favourable to them. For instance, we have recently been negotiating arrangements and transactional documents on behalf of a film-writer and director against large media and production houses.
