Anu Shrivastava (MCIArb)
Advocate on Record, Supreme Court
Anu is an Advocate on Record at the Supreme Court of India which enables the Chambers to file cases directly at the apex court. She is also experienced in original side proceedings and has conducted trials and cross-examination in a wide range of civil disputes before courts and arbitral tribunals. She is empanelled with the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO).

Anu is a qualified Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). She undertakes varied roles and responsibilities relating to the domestic and international arbitrations, including arbitrator appointments. She has also been engaged as a tribunal secretary to assist arbitral tribunals in the conduct of proceedings and writing of arbitral awards. She specialises in infrastructure and construction arbitrations involving complex issues of delay analysis and damages and has represented contractors and employers alike in disputes arising out of infrastructure projects.

Anu is a budding saxophonist and enjoys playing music in her free time. She can also be found playing cricket with her fellow members of the Supreme Court Bar Association.

Shyam Rajan Agarwal
Advocate
Shyam is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. He started his practice as a criminal lawyer in trial courts before choosing to specialise as a civil and commercial lawyer. He holds an LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Law and has practiced extensively on the original side in trial courts. Shyam has also gained significant experience as a Supreme Court lawyer by working at the chambers of reputed seniors and AORs. Given his expertise in criminal and constitutional law, Shyam handles white collar criminal matters for S&A Chambers apart from the civil litigation aspects.

Shyam has represented government, corporate as well as individual clients before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, and various tribunals. He is empanelled with the Delhi Legal Services Authority for New Delhi District.
​
Shyam is a Grade 8 pianist and is learning Hindustani Classical music. He loves playing tennis, especially when he wins a game.
